The entry into force of the ICC 2021 Rules

New rules regarding the conduct of arbitration and case management for arbitral proceedings submitted to the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”) entered into force on January 1, 2021.
By taking into account the increasing prevalence of third-party funding, the new rules intend to increase transparency and efficiency.
